Welcome to Vaulterr Technologies Enterprise. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vaulterr mobile application, website, services, and features (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Vaulterr" – refers to Vaulterr Technologies Enterprise, the owner and provider of the Services.

1.2 "User," "you," "your" – any individual who uses or accesses the Services.

1.3 "Content" – text, graphics, data, information, messages, and other material available through the Services.

1.4 "Transaction" – any purchase, payment, purchase of telecom services, wallet funding, or similar action made through the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services in any manner, you confirm that you:

  1. Are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  2. Agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy;
  3. Understand that these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Vaulterr.

3. Eligibility

To use Vaulterr:

  1. You must be a legally capable person;
  2. You must comply with all applicable laws;
  3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Vaulterr reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

4. User Accounts & Security

4.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to use certain Services. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Vaulterr is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

4.3 KYC Verification

To access certain Services, you may be asked to complete identity verification. If submitted documents are incomplete or invalid, access may be restricted.

5. Wallet & Transactions

5.1 Wallet Funding

To make purchases, you must fund your digital wallet. Wallet funds are non-interest-bearing.

5.2 Transaction Processing

All transactions are processed via integrated third-party payment providers. Vaulterr is not responsible for errors arising from payment partners.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed at Vaulterr's discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and internal refund policies.

5.4 Transaction Liability

Vaulterr is not responsible for discrepancies arising from mismatches with external systems. Discrepancies will be resolved as per Vaulterr dispute policy.

6. Services & Usage

6.1 Telecom Services

Vaulterr provides access to airtime, data, eSIM, bulk messaging, and internet services through third-party providers. Vaulterr does not own telecom network infrastructure.

6.2 Service Availability

Service availability may vary by network provider and region; Vaulterr does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all Services.

6.3 Fees & Charges

Vaulterr may charge fees or commissions. All fees will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities;
  2. Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications;
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of any network connected to the Services;
  4. Submit false or misleading information.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including designs, logos, text, software, and data, are owned by or licensed to Vaulterr. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to Vaulterr's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined therein.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party applications, APIs, networks, or tools. Vaulterr is not responsible for the content, terms, or operations of such third parties.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Vaulterr disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  1. Merchantability
  2. Fitness for a particular purpose
  3. Non-infringement
  4. Accuracy of information

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. Vaulterr is not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, or damage to reputation;
  2. Vaulterr's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction involved.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vaulterr harmless from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

  1. Your use of the Services;
  2. Your violation of these Terms;
  3. Your violation of applicable law.

14. Termination

Vaulterr may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination:

  1. Your right to use the Services ceases,
  2. Any outstanding amounts owed remain payable,
  3. Wallet balances will be handled in accordance with Vaulterr policies.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to arbitration or Nigerian courts.

16. Changes to Terms

Vaulterr may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
